What the analysis has shown is two-fold. On one hand, it highlights a strong commitment, awareness and willingness for change and improvement: this should be applauded. On the other hand, both policies showcase a lower degree of actionability: missing a stronger and more palpable feel in terms of concreteness, while being unclear on the specificity and responsibility of its role.
The study thus concludes for the need from the municipality to increase its level of policy precision and enhance its collaborative efforts. This practically means develop in the next policy round a much more concrete action plan while increasing its coordination efforts in order to improve its interaction with the plethora of collaborating actors.
